At NutraPAD LTD, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely, securely, and promptly. Please read the following terms regarding delivery and our responsibilities.
1. Delivery Address
We will deliver the goods to the address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
2. Delivery Timescales (UK Orders)
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, and delivery is typically completed within 2–5 working days from dispatch. In any case, all orders will be delivered within 7 days, unless otherwise communicated.
3. Delivery Responsibility
Ownership of the goods passes to you once the items are dispatched from our facility. Risk transfers at this point, and you become responsible for the goods.
4. Failed Delivery & Returns (UK)
If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us:

We will notify you within 24 hours of receipt from our courier.

If you respond within 5 working days, we will arrange redelivery at no extra charge.

If we do not receive a response within 5 working days, we will automatically process a refund (excluding any upgraded shipping cost).

If you cancel the order after the failed delivery attempt, only the basic shipping cost will be refunded.
5. Lost Orders

For UK orders, if your order has not arrived within 7 days of dispatch confirmation, please first check the tracking link sent to your email. If no information is available or the delivery status is unclear, contact us immediately.

For international orders, please monitor your tracking link. If no update has been shown for 14 days, notify us in writing.
All lost item claims must be emailed to contact@nutrapad.co.uk quoting your order number. Once received, we will investigate the matter with the relevant courier and issue a replacement or refund based on their resolution timeline.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive goods that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or not what you ordered:

You must notify us within 7 working days of receipt by emailing contact@nutrapad.co.uk.

We will arrange to replace the items or rectify the issue as soon as possible.
