At NutraPAD, we are committed to ensuring fast, reliable, and affordable delivery of your order across the United Kingdom. Below you’ll find details of our dispatch times, delivery options, and shipping charges.
1. Dispatch Times
Orders are packed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
Orders placed before 10:00 AM (UK time) on working days are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM or during weekends/holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note: During busy periods such as Christmas, Royal Mail may experience delays beyond our control.
2. UK Delivery Options
We offer three shipping options within the UK:

Packages under 2kg are charged at £2.95 unless upgraded.
Packages over 2kg are automatically sent via Next-Day Tracked Delivery.
*Please note: Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, and the Scottish Highlands may take 2–5 working days.
3. Free Delivery Thresholds
We are happy to offer free delivery on qualifying orders:
Orders over £25.00 – Free Standard Tracked Delivery
Orders over £65.00 – Free Next-Day Tracked Delivery
4. Delivery to Channel Islands & Isle of Man
Shipping charges are based on weight:

5. Shipping Locations
Currently, NutraPAD LTD ships within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
