Returns

You are entitled to return your order for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Direct Purchase Only:
    Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from NutraPAD LTD via www.nutrapad.co.uk. We cannot process returns for products purchased through third-party sellers or retailers.

  2. Unopened & Saleable Condition:
    Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in a saleable condition.

  3. Return Window:
    You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase by writing to contact@nutrapad.co.uk.
    If no notification is received within this time, we are under no obligation to process a refund.

  4. Defective or Damaged Goods:
    If your order is received in a damaged or defective condition, or if the incorrect product was delivered, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including postage costs.

  5. What to Include in Your Return Request:

    • Full Name

    • Order Number (if available)

    • Reason for return (optional unless defective)

    This will help us process your return or refund promptly.

Liability for Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective goods, you must notify us via email at contact@nutrapad.co.uk within 7 working days of receiving the order. We will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Receipt of Goods

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of placing it, and no prior notification has been provided by us, you must contact us within 7 days from the expected delivery date. If we are not informed within this timeframe, we may not be able to investigate or issue a refund.
